Subscription regulations version September 3, 2020

1.Periodic subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months and are renewed tacitly from month to month. The amount must be paid monthly* in advance. Failure to do so may result in blocking access to the parking lot. The notice period is 30 days to the end of the agreed month.
2. The annual subscription is for a minimum of 12 months and is tacitly renewed from year to year. The amount must be paid per year * in advance. Failure to do so may result in your access to the parking lot being blocked. Notice of termination must be given at least 30 days before the agreed expiry date, by the end of the month.
3. A CHF 10.00 administration fee will be charged
4. If the card is lost, a fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged.
5. The license plate reading system allows the subscriber to enter and exit the parking lot. Only one number can be entered and recognized by the software.
6. After presenting the card at the entry terminal (without pressing the button), the pass gives access to free parking in the parking lot for one vehicle at a time, without reserving a space or zone, within the hours of the chosen rental type.
7. The pass must be used exclusively for the same vehicle entering and leaving the parking lot. It does not entitle the holder to a space in all circumstances, particularly when the parking lot is full.
8. Time overruns depending on the type of rental must be paid directly at an automatic cash desk before the vehicle is collected.
9. If the card is forgotten, the subscriber will take an entry ticket and report it immediately to the operations office, failing which the parking time will be due.
10. If the entry or exit barriers are open, the card must be validated at the terminal.
11. INOVIL SA declines all responsibility in the event of accident, partial or total deterioration, or theft of the vehicle or its contents.
12. Any use of a subscription by an unauthorized third party will result in the payment of a penalty of CHF 50.00. Further damages are reserved. In the event of misuse or fraud, the subscription may be terminated immediately.
13. Periodic subscriptions are renewed tacitly. The amount must be paid monthly/annually* in advance. Failure to do so may result in blocking access to the parking lot. The notice period is 30 days to the end of the agreed month/year.
14. The absence of a season ticket holder, for whatever reason, does not release the holder from payment of the season ticket, provided that the contract is not terminated and the season ticket is not returned.
15. If a vehicle is parked for more than three days or if it is deposited without license plates, the operating office must be notified.
16. The subscriber is obliged to notify INOVIL SA of any change of address, vehicle and license plate number(s).
17. INOVIL SA reserves the right to terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice to the end of an agreed month/year*. In the event of gross negligence on the part of the subscriber or failure to comply with any of the clauses of these regulations, termination may be immediate.
18. INOVIL SA will inform subscribers of rate changes with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.
19. The guidelines posted in the parking lot form an integral part of these regulations.

The subscriber acknowledges having read them. I confirm that I have read and accept the rules and regulations concerning season tickets.
